Terms of Service

Vending Vault sells information: verified vending-machine location leads. By creating an account or buying a lead you agree to these terms.

What you're buying

A lead is the contact and site information for a business that told us, on a recorded call, that it wants a vending machine. When your purchase completes, that lead is yours exclusively — we will not re-sell it, and it is removed from the board permanently.

What we don't promise

We verify interest; we do not promise placement. Whether a machine is placed depends on your follow-up, your offer, and the business. A lead is not a contract with the business.

No resale

Leads are for your own operation only. Reselling, sharing, or brokering leads to third parties is prohibited and grounds for account suspension.

Guarantee

If a purchased lead is materially bad — wrong or dead number, the contact denies the conversation, the business is closed, or it is under an exclusive contract with another vendor — you may flag it within 7 days of purchase. An approved flag issues a replacement credit equal to what you paid, valid for 90 days. "They said no when I called" is not a covered reason. All sales are final except under this guarantee; credits are not redeemable for cash.

Accounts

One account per person and phone number. Email and phone verification are required. We may suspend accounts for abuse, chargebacks, or resale. Subscription fees, once launched, are billed monthly and cancelable anytime effective at the period end.
