Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your name, company, email, and phone number when you join; your market choices; your purchase history; and payment details handled by our payment processor (Square) — we never store full card numbers.

How we use it

To run your account, deliver purchased leads, send transactional email (verification codes, receipts, deliveries), and — only with your consent — text you about new listings. You can withdraw SMS consent anytime by replying STOP or from your account.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties except the service providers that run the product (hosting, payments, email, SMS).

Retention & your rights

Business records are retained as required for accounting and dispute handling. To access or correct your information, contact us via vendingvault.io.
